Grooming Smock Product Care

Washing & Drying

Washing & Drying: Wash in warm or cold water, tumble dry in low heat, or hang dry. Use a mild detergent. DO NOT use chemical additives like bleach, OxiClean, alternative bleach, whiteners, fabric softeners, dyes, etc. They could damage the art work, cause premature fading, staining, or streaking. Turn art work inside out and hang dry for best results.

Caring For

Our 100% Nylon (solid color) smocks are very light and comfortable. They breathe and dry quickly, are excellent at repelling hair, color fast, tear and fluid resistant and with proper care last a long time. They are not "waterproof, tearproof, or bulletproof", therefore using common sense when working will go a long way towards maintaining them.

Our 100% Polyester (printed) smocks are the same as above except they don't repel hair quite as well. We have sold thousands of these with very few complaints. Most people find the silky feel and pet themed print in vibrant colors worth the trade off. However, if your primary concern is repelling hair we recommend the 100% nylon.

At Max & Molly Wear, we understand the hazards your smocks are exposed to every day. To help protect them, we include in our designs many features such as using only the best and highest quality components like YKK Zippers (considered by many in the industry to be the best zipper made), American made elastic in our pants (maintains elasticity after frequent washes), top of the line thread to stop seams from splitting, tacking stress points to keep pockets, belts and slits from coming loose and covering pockets which prevents hair, paws and other stuff from getting in them.

Thank you so much for choosing Max & Molly Wear for your work attire.
